Tuition Exchange Committee
In September, 1995, The Catholic University of America joined the National Tuition Exchange Program. According to the Program Guidelines, "[t]he Program shall be administered by a Tuition Exchange Program Committee composed of one administrator, two faculty members, and two staff members. Committee members may serve two terms of two years each (four years). Such terms may be consecutive. Initially, some terms of appointment will be less than two years, so that terms will be appropriately staggered. The Committee members will be appointed by the Executive Vice President, who shall consult with the Academic Senate regarding the faculty members of the committee. To avoid any conflict of interest, no one may serve on the Committee whose child is an applicant for or recipient of a Program Scholarship award that year. The Tuition Exchange Program Liaison Officer will serve as an ex-officio, non-voting member." (From the Tuition Exchange Program Guidelines, effective September 1, 1995)
